About Us

Karl Fr. Gassmann GmbH & Co. KG was founded in Stuttgart by Karl Fr. Gassmann (1914-2005) in 1956.

The registered office and business premises of the company are still located at Königstraße 34. The company can look back on over 50 years of experience in property management.

Since the early 1980s, operative management has been in the hand of Hendrik Gassmann.
He acquires, develops, constructs, finances and manages properties built on his own land in Stuttgart, Berlin and Essen.
